Dear Dr. Davidson and Staff,
It is just six short months since my facial surgery and I am still receiving compliments on the “restful” summer vacation I must have had!
As you all know, I was concerned that the procedure would leave me looking like I did indeed have surgery. Instead, I wanted to look like myself – just rested and refreshed. You were all so concerned and supportive – and answered all my questions, before, during and after. You are certainly the most patient people on the face of the earth!
Obviously, no one should decide on surgery lightly, but from my perspective, it wasn’t long before I was wondering why I had hesitated at all! And, you know, I am recommending you to my friends and family – I really couldn’t keep such a wonderful “spirit-lifting” procedure to myself! Even under direct light and careful observation of friends who are now making plans, there are no signs of surgery! I do hope that you will share my “before and after” photos and this letter with anyone who is in doubt!

This card does not possibly say enough about how strongly I feel. This has been the most amazing experience that I have ever had with a doctor’s office. Everyone was extremely nice and very helpful answering any of my questions. Dr. Davidson even got on the phone and spoke with me instead of having to go through the front desk for answers.
I am so overwhelmed by not only how well my surgery went, but also how you continued to treat me with respect and answered all of my (many) questions without making me feel like a bother to you. Everything that you have done for me is greatly appreciated. You have an outstanding staff who even remember my name! To Dr. Davidson: keep up the terrific work and the great personality and truthfulness. As for the staff: thank you for everything…your service just blew me away!
